For food aficionados and aspiring chefs, The Chef’s Table is an experience to remember.
Participating guests are invited backstage into the Main Kitchen for a 6-course dinner with carefully paired wines. The experience is as much an education as it is a wonderful gourmet experience. Chefs provide commentary, explain food pairing concepts and themes, and answer questions from guests throughout the event.
The Chef’s Bench is a personalised culinary experience that offers up to 4 guests an intimate banquet in the Main Kitchen. A Master Chef will prepare an exquisite 12-course tasting menu as they enlighten guests with their kitchen secrets and preparation methods. The evening will include the creation of spontaneous dishes using seasonal ingredients and techniques from a range of cuisine styles. One&Only Hayman Island’s Sommelier will present a selection of superb matching wines to accompany each course.
